PYJAMA DAY

On Friday 16th of May, Room 15 had an amazing pyjama day. We spent most of the day relaxing in our pyjamas watching a movie, and sitting at our desks drawing in our refill pads. The movie we watched was monsters university, I really enjoyed watching the movie and doing a challenge by trying to draw the movie characters. After lunch some of us played soccer in our pyjamas and others had normal clothing. This was a really epic and amazing day.

ANZAC DAY

                                   ANZAC DAY

We remember ANZAC day because the ANZACs fought for our freedom. Even though many ANZACs died on April 25 1915 world war one, they still kept fighting the Turkish for our freedom. ANZAC day is a public holiday in New Zealand that many people celebrate. We wear poppies in rememberance of the ANZACs and all the other servicemen and women who have died in wars since. We remember ANZAC day because it is the anniversary of when our soilders began fighting together in Gallipoli.
